Make Payments by Mail or in Person

Delinquent Real Estate Tax, Garbage Collection Fees & Earned Income Tax

Checks and money orders should be made payable to the School District/Borough/Township/Municipality listed on the delinquent notice you received from our office. Your check or money order should include the following information in the memo section:

  • For Delinquent Real Estate payments — the Lot & Block number that is referenced on the delinquent notice received
  • For Earned Income Tax Payments — the last four digits of the Social Security number that is referenced on the delinquent notice received
  • For Garbage Fees Payments — the Lot & Block number that is referenced on the delinquent notice received

Please allow up to 72 hours for all payments to be posted.

IMPORTANT — SHERIFF SALE PAYMENTS:
If a Sheriff Sale has been scheduled and you are making a payment to stay or stop that action — that payment MUST be made with a certified check. Otherwise, the sale will continue as scheduled.

Delinquent balances change daily. The amounts as set forth on mbm-law.net reflect a balance for today only. Statements mailed from MBM Collections, LLC reflect a balance thirty (30) days from the date in which they are printed. The amounts listed on this site are not actual payoff amounts. Taxpayers may be responsible for any additional amounts due unless a tax certification or written payoff amount is obtained.
